Chris is amazing, he kept me informed through the whole process, and he takes care of dealing with the insurance adjuster, quick reliable and my jeep was spotless inside also, highly recommend getting any body work done through them

Chris and his team did a magnificent job repairing my 2019 Silverado after a major deer collision. The damage was significant and his professionalism and expertise made my truck better than new after the accident. He is friendly, competent, and went the extra mile by assuring quality parts were used, he took total charge of communicating with the insurance company and even arranged to have the pin striping done which exactly matched what was there before. Chris kept us informed every step of the way. When we picked up the vehicle it was detailed inside and out. His service was beyond anything I have ever experienced in our area. Kudos to a man and his company who really care about the customer and the service they deliver!

By the time I reached out to O'Shea's, I had already contacted about 5 body shops that are a bit more local to me. I was feeling so stressed and helpless because everyone else seemed too busy to even take my call, let alone help me fix my truck. When Chris answered the phone at O'Shea's, it was like a breath of fresh air! He was so helpful, explained the process to me, connected me with a tow company who arrived the next day, and made me feel so much better. Other shops were saying it would be at least a month before they would even be able to start working on my truck, but O'shea's started on my truck almost immediately, provided us with a loaner vehicle (priceless for our busy family), stayed in constant communication with updates, and I had my truck back less than two weeks after my accident. It looks brand new and I can't recommend O'Shea's enough! They quickly became our body shop of choice from here on out.

Chris and the staff at O'Shea's Collision Center are the most professional, courteous and friendly staff you'll ever meet! When our car required body work, we took it to Chris, he looked it over, and we had an estimate for the insurance co. within a couple hrs. The body work on our car was completely finished in a week and with such perfection, you would never know it was damaged. They even returned our car cleaner then how we left it!
